May I arrive early to set up my room for my birthday party?
Yes! Your party room will be clean & ready for you 30 minutes before your reserved party start time. (Note: please keep any children and adult guests inside your party room until your party starts. We may be finishing up another private party out on the bounce floor. Thank you!)
What can my guests expect when they arrive?
When your guests arrive, they will be greeted by our front host & asked to sign our bounce waiver. They will then be directed to the party room. (Note: parents can drop off their kids for a party but must come inside to sign our waiver first.)
