4. Contact requests

When you submit the contact form, the site validates the information, may run bot-detection checks where configured, stores the request in the Grand Bounce database, emails Grand Bounce staff through Resend, sends a confirmation email to the address you provide, and records analytics or error events for troubleshooting.

Contact request records may include your name, email, phone number, request type, message, read status, and submission time. Staff may mark requests read or delete them in the admin tools.

5. How we use information

7. Payments

Payments are handled by Square. Grand Bounce receives and stores payment-related metadata needed for booking records, invoices, refunds, reconciliation, and customer support, but does not store full card numbers or sensitive card authentication data.

Square may collect and process additional payment information under its own terms and privacy policies. If you pay a Square invoice, your payment interaction is also subject to Square's practices.

8. Cookies, analytics, and ad blockers

Grand Bounce uses analytics to understand site performance, identify confusing pages, catch booking and contact-form errors, and improve the website without collecting payment card details. The site may show an analytics notice if PostHog requests appear blocked.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies, scripts, analytics, or third-party requests may affect account sessions, notices, analytics, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, or other functionality.

9. Data retention

Grand Bounce retains information for as long as needed for service delivery, customer support, admin review, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, safety, analytics, and business operations.

Booking, invoice, payment, refund, consent, and accounting records may be retained longer than general website analytics or contact records because they are tied to legal, tax, insurance, and operational obligations. When information is no longer needed, Grand Bounce may delete, de-identify, or aggregate it.

10. Security

Grand Bounce uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. These include provider-managed authentication, validation, origin checks, bot checks where configured, access-limited admin tools, logging, and secure payment processing through Square.

No website, database, email system, payment flow, or internet transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and contacting Grand Bounce if you believe your account, invoice, or booking information has been misused.

11. Your choices and rights

  • Access or update: You can update account details supported by the account provider, such as name, email addresses, connected social accounts, and password settings. You may contact Grand Bounce to request a copy of information associated with you.

  • Marketing choices: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails where an unsubscribe mechanism is provided. Service, invoice, booking, safety, account, and transactional messages may still be sent when necessary.
  • Analytics controls: You may use browser controls or extensions to limit analytics, but doing so can reduce Grand Bounce's ability to detect and fix user-facing site problems.

12. Children's privacy

Grand Bounce services are intended for adults organizing events. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Booking forms may ask an adult customer for birthday child details, such as name and age, for facility party coordination and invitation-related features.

If you believe a child provided personal information directly to Grand Bounce without appropriate adult involvement, contact us so we can review and address the issue.

13. Legal requests and safety

Grand Bounce may use or disclose information when necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce agreements, collect amounts owed, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or cooperate with insurers, advisors, payment processors, or authorities.

14. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the website or submission of new requests after an update means the updated policy applies to that later activity.
